Implement a quality management system
If required, use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources (e.g., special processes)
Notify NEXX Technologies of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for disposition
Prevent the use of counterfeit parts
Notify NEXX Technologies of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of external providers or location of manufacture
If required, provide test specimens for design approval, inspection/verification, investigation, or auditing; retain documented information, including retention periods and disposition requirements as required by regulatory authorities
If required, provide access by the NEXX Technologies and / or regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain
Any documentation, confidential or otherwise, must be retained for a minimum of five years
